Tour condition and general term is our privacy and policy as long as you make reservation. We will help tell you on request time as long as something to change.

To ensure prompt confirmation please supply us with the following details; total person, date of arrival and departure, flight number, hotel preference, type of the room or other component that important for your tours.
We charge in IDR/RUPIAH, USD or EURO. Maybe sometime rate can change any time without prior notice.
Programs, quotation and confirmation will send to you by email since we get request or confirmation. PT. KOMODOMEGA WISATA will reply all your email as long as our working time.
PT. KOMODO MEGA WISATA request an 60% deposit of total tour cost since you make deal with our tour packages. Of course it’s to keep any booking to the all tour component according to our contract. Rest payment 40% of total tour cost should pay at least 45 days before your arrival.
On high season on June, July and August any booking should make at least 1 month before your arrival. This is to escape from loss your requests for some tour components.
PT. KOMODO MEGA WISATA will not give refund for all deposit 60% of your payment when you make cancellation.
No refund for all your advance payment when you make cancel to our tour package. Any of your deposit will use by our company to cover all your booking.
EMA TOUR AND TRAVEL can’t take responsibilities to: Any loss, damages, flight cancellation or delay and any other personal accident beyond our control.

However we use company’s account with IDR(RUPIAH) is Indonesian currency. But you can transfer by USD, EURO, GBP or your currency to our account. Our Bank Indonesia will clearance to our IDR/RUPIAH to our account.
We ask deposit 60% of total cost per person for all our service since you make confirmation. Deposit should transfer to our company’s bank account. Rest of payment 40% of total tour cost per person should transfer at least 3 weeks before your arrival.
But as long as you make tour to Flores Island and the islands of Komodo national park, so rest payment can pay on arrival date. You pay in cash according to our contracts. You can pay either directly to our office or with our official tour guide. Sometime we ask to our driver to get the money but it’s depend on situation.
FINAL PAYMENT AND INVOICE
First invoice will send to you as long as we get your final confirmation to book our service. Since your money arrives at company’s bank account so we will follow up to block component according to our contracts. Furthermore we send you final confirmation in the form of invoice. Rest of payment will find on latest invoice that should transfer to our account according to our contracts.
CANCELLATION FEE AND REFUND of the rest of the final payment:
Here is privacy and policy between you and our travel company. So please read the following states;
– We don’t refund all your deposit because your money will use to cover our booking to the component. We should to pay in advance following our booking as confirmation.
After full payment and cancellation of your going, then the cost will refund but not including your deposit. as follows:
Remember that these percentages are costs outside of your deposit.
– Cancellation later than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total residual payment refund. But refund is not including your deposit.
– As long as cancellation no later than 21 days prior to arrival: 30% will get refund.
– But cancellation later than 20 days prior to arrival: no refundable
– Refunds will send as long as we receive information from you. So send us account number, bank name, IBAN/SWIFT CODE and the name of the holder.
Remittance costs will pay by your amount that calculate accordingly.
We will act as an intermediary between clients and other services suppliers as long as not include our service.
Our entire trip price doesn’t include your personal insurance or travel insurance. The entire insurance be your responsibility unless for aviation and rail.
Tour costs and what to include or not to include will send you since first communication. So can consider what component not need to include in our service. As long as you don’t use the service on field so you don’t get refund.
PASSPORT AND VISA
It is your responsibility to ensure that customers have the relevant travel documents – passports, visas, work permits, health certificates and others.
Invoices will issue by PT. KOMODO MEGA WISATA as our legal license. So we send an invoice to you and the contracts. Invoice must to print to use for claims of our services while in Indonesia.
Any accidents come along on tour either from nature or humanity will not become our responsibility. Maybe it’s affect to the tour so we can change everything as long as useful to the clients. All of the above accidents are happening that are beyond our control, so we will not refund your money or even extra payment for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
PT. KOMODO MEGA WISATA can’t refund or exchange the money that included in the tour prices as long as not utilized by the tour members. We don’t responsibility from all liabilities arising from acts of terrorism, piracy, civil unrest, natural disasters, labor strikes, theft or other factors beyond the company’s control.
KOMODO MEGA WISATA reserves the right to alter or modify the course due to uncontrolled circumstances. Maybe it’s happen by weather or other local conditions. In the event of cancellation due to uncontrollable circumstances (such as weather, transportation strikes, political unrest, war, etc.). So the client shall bear the costs incurred during the processing of the tour.
KOMODO MEGA WISATA and partner agents are not responsible for any injury, illness, damage, accident, loss, delay, death or irregularities. It’s maybe affect to person or property. Clients must understand all of the risks inherent overseas travel, trekking and touring. Additional costs incurred due to delays or postponement, accidents, inclement weather, political restrictions or other causes must cover by passengers.
Travelers who use the services of the PT. KOMODO MEGA WISATA must have their own travel insurance because our price doesn’t include.
Flight schedules, train schedules or local conditions may affect to all components. If something like this happens so the PT. KOMODO MEGA WISATA will attempt to override settings that match the same value. But it’s not refund your money or give compensation
